I'm a full-time nurse working in pediatric rheumatology, and I like to spend my evenings cooking for my boyfriend and me. We tend to like to eat quite a few different cuisines including Italian, Greek, Southern, and Asian.

Even though I was born and raised in the South, it wasn't until recently that I figured out how to bread and fry things. My cooking is influenced by my time as an exchange student in Italy, living on the coast, and favorites from restaurants and my childhood.
I love blogging about our meals because it allows me to combine my love for writing with my love for cooking.
