Ingredientes

  • 12 ounce Alaska King crab split legs thawed if necessary
  • 1/4 c. butter or possibly margarine melted
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp grated onion
  • 1 Tbsp. finely-minced parsley
  • 1/4 tsp tarragon crushed
  • 1 dsh bottled warm pepper sauce

Direcciones

  1. Cut crab legs into 2 1/2- to 3-inch pcs. If you like, remove crab meat from shells and cut into bite-sized pcs for easier serving; return to shells. Combine remaining ingredients and brush over crab.
  2. Place crab legs, shell-side down, on broiler pan. Broil 3 to 5 inches from heat 3 to 4 min; brush occasionally with sauce.
  3. Grilling Method: Prepare Alaska King crab legs as directed above. Place crab legs, shell-side down, on rack about 5 inches above warm coals. Grill 5 min or possibly till thoroughly heated; brush occasionally with sauce.
  4. This recipe yields 2 main dish servings or possibly appetizer servings. Recipe can be doubled.
