Amber House Mushroom Crustless Quiche

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 lb mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 bn green onions, minced
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. Bisquick
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 9 inch cake pan and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, saute/fry mushrooms and onions in margarine. In a small bowl, beat Large eggs. Add in Bisquick to Large eggs and mix till smooth. Add in salt, pepper and nutmeg to egg mix and blend for 1 minute. Slowly add in lowfat milk to egg mix and mix thoroughly. Layer bottom of buttered cake pan with half of the mushrooms and onions. Add in cheese, then top with remaining mushrooms and onions. Pour egg mix over top. Bake for 50 to 55 min.
