Ingredientes

  • 1/3 c. Margarine
  • 1/2 c. Brown sugar
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 c. Unbleached white flour
  • 1/2 c. Whole-wheat flour
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Grated nutmeg
  • 3 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. Raisins
  • 1/2 c. Minced walnuts
  • 2 1/2 c. Peeled, diced cooking Apples

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Lightly grease a cookie sheet with margarine. In a large mixing bowl, cream margarine and brown sugar. Add in egg and beat till batter is smooth. Combine white flour, whole-wheat flour, baking soda, baking pwdr, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix into batter alternately with lowfat milk. Stir in raisins and nuts. Mix in apples. Drop batter by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 min or possibly till golden.
