Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Minced dry apricots
  • 3/4 c. Water
  • 16 ounce Cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 c. Orange marmalade
  • 2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
  • 1 c. Minced pecans

Direcciones

  1. Combine apricots & water in small saucepan. Bring to boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 min. Drain well.
  2. Beat cream cheese at medium speed with electric mixer, till it's smooth and fluffy. Stir in the apricots and remaining ingredients.
  3. Serve on crackers. (Also yummy on an English muffin or possibly bagel.)
  4. Yield: About 3 and 1/2 c..
