Ingredientes

  • 2 x (1 lb.) cans apricots, liquid removed
  • 2 x (3 ounce.) pkg. orange Jello
  • 1 1/2 pt lowfat sour cream (3 c.)
  • 2 c. warm water Cherries, nuts or possibly Cold Whip (for garnish if you like)

Direcciones

  1. Dissolve Jello in warm water. Mix pitted apricots with lowfat sour cream using electric mixer or possibly blender (makes pureed) till well blended, add in to Jello mix and mix well. Pour mix into lightly greased mold and refrigeratetill hard. Excellent with turkey or possibly ham.
