Ingredientes

  • 2 quart Chicken stock
  • 1/4 lb Grnd pork
  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped scallions
  • 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Finely-chopped ginger
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1/4 lb Grnd shrimp
  • 1/2 c. Cellophane noodles cooked, cooled, and roughly minced
  • 1 1/2 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Chopped scallions
  • 1 tsp Chopped garlic
  • 6 x Napa cabbage leaves blanched, cooled
  • 6 x Scallion greens - (long) blanched, cooled Minced scallions for garnish

Direcciones

  1. In a soup pot slowly heat chicken stock to a simmer.
  2. Make meatballs: Combine ingredients and form into 1/3-inch balls.
  3. Make shrimp rolls: Combine shrimp and next 4 ingredients. Lay out cabbage leaves, heap 1 1/2 Tbsp. of filling in center and fold up like an egg roll; tie securely with a scallion. Carefully drop meatballs and shrimp rolls into simmering stock. Cook at a low simmer, 15 min. Toss some minced scallions into soup pot, adjust seasonings and serve.
