Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Warm peppers, (long fryers) Extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 x To 4 cloves garlic, (minced)
  • 1 sm Can Italian plum tomatoes

Direcciones

  1. Salt
  2. Remove stem and seeds from peppers. (-(CAUTION)-) WEAR RUBBER GLOVES AND/Or possibly WASH HANDS AFTER.
  3. Saute/fry peppers and garlic in oil for about 10 min. Crush 2-3 tomatoes with fork and add in to fry pan. Saute/fry for another 20 min. Season with salt.
