Ingredientes

  • 1 x Halibut, 3-4 lb
  • 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 x Onion, minced
  • 2 x Celery stalks, minced
  • 1 c. Mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Parsley, minced
  • 1/4 tsp Thyme, dry
  • 1/4 tsp Rosemary, dry
  • 1/4 tsp Tarragon, dry
  • 6 Tbsp. Butter, melted

Direcciones

  1. Mix together onions, celery, mushrooms, thyme, rosemary, tarragon and butter. Spread half of mix in a greased baking dish and add in the scaled and cleaned fish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, top with remaining vegetable mix. Bake 35-45 min a t 375 degrees F or possibly till tender and flaky, basting 3-4 times with melted butter or possibly chicken broth. Use 1 tsp herb type if fresh minced.
