Ingredientes

  • 1 lb bay or possibly calico scallops (or possibly sea scallops cut in quarters)
  • 2 Tbsp. dry white wine
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd white pepper
  • 1/4 c. heavy cream
  • 1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs mixed with
  • 2 Tbsp. melted margarine

Direcciones

  1. Mix wine, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in medium bowl. Stir in scallops. Add in cream and stir. Place mix in shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumb mix.
  2. Bake at 400 degrees till scallops are done, mix is bubbly and crumbs are browned (approximately 15 min).
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
