  1. Cover beef with enough water in a pan. Pressure cook for 30 minutes or until tender. Set aside.
  2. Saute onions and garlic in hot oil until light brown.
  3. Add okra. Fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in tomato paste. Season with salt, MSG and black pepper. Stir fry for 1 minute.
  5. Mix beef and broth. Simmer until sauce thickens.

      This actually is a Turkish dish and it's probably passed down to Egypt because of the Ottoman ruling class and the palace cuisine...
