Ingredientes

  • 1 banana
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • Ice cubes (1 to 3)

Direcciones

  1. Take out the blender and pour in one c. of lowfat milk. Peel the banana, break it in half and add in to lowfat milk in blender. Add in 1/2 tsp. vanilla and ice cubes. Blend for 20 seconds, pour into a glass. Serve and enjoy!!
