Ingredientes

  • 8 to 10 lbs. country ribs
  • 2 Packages onion soup mix
  • 3 c. water
  • 2 c. catsup
  • 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 teaspoon oregano (grnd)
  • 8 tbsp. brown sugar

Direcciones

  1. Cut all fat off which you can. Mix all sauce ingredients. Bring to boil and turn to simmer for 15 min, stirring often.
  2. Reserve about 1 1/2 c..
  3. Pour all other sauce over ribs to marinate all night. The next morning turn ribs over to marinate till ready to bake.
  4. Place ribs on a rack in a pan and bake 350 degrees for 3 hrs. Brush sauce over ribs about every 1/2 hour. These are very good and lean, all fat is either cut off or possibly baked off.
