Ingredientes

  • 1 1/4 c. Cider vinegar
  • 4 tsp Chili pwdr
  • 2 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp Dry mustard
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Grnd black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd cumin
  • 4 x Skinless boneless chicken breast halves

Direcciones

  1. Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat) or possibly preheat broiler.
  2. Whisk first 9 ingredients in small bowl to blend. Arrange chicken in shallow glass dish. Spoon 1/4 c. sauce over; turn to coat proportionately. Let stand at least 10 min and up to 30 min, turning chicken occasionally.
  3. Grill chicken till just cooked through, basting occasionally with another 1/4 c. sauce, about 5 min per side.
  4. Serve with remaining sauce.
  5. Serves 4.
