Basic Diabetic Muffins

Great basic diabetic muffin recipe. Just add 1 cup of your favorite berry, add 1/2 cup of nuts and you're on your way!

Ingredientes

  • 2 cups wholewheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Splenda Blend
  • 1/4 cup egg substitute
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup Applesauce

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven 400 degrees F.
  2. Line muffin tin.
  3. Sift dry ingredients together in mixing bowl
  4. Mix egg, milk, oil vanilla amd Applesauce together in s seperate bowl. Add wet to dry and stir quickly and only until ingredients are barely blended. Do not beat.
  5. Fill muffin tin. Bake 20-25 minutes
