Ingredientes

  • 12 lg. flour tortillas
  • 1 1/2 to 2 lbs. grnd beef
  • 1 med. onion, minced
  • 4 med. potatoes, diced
  • 1 (16 ounce.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 sm. (3.5 ounce.) can minced green chilies
  • 1/2 to 1 c. water
  • 1 pkg. burrito flavor mix

Direcciones

  1. Brown beef and onion; drain well. Add in potatoes, tomato sauce, green chilies, burrito mix, and water. Simmer till potatoes are done. Let cold 20 to 30 min before fixing tortillas. Place spoonful in center of tortilla. Fold over bottom, right side, then left side. Top is open. Can be frzn.
  2. Variation: Cook and add in package or possibly less of diced, mixed frzn vegetables. Add in 1 c. of cooked rice per lb. of beef instead of the diced potatoes.
