Ingredientes

  • 2 c. red kidney beans, cooked
  • 4 c. cooked rice
  • 1 green pepper, sliced into 1" squares
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced in strips or possibly diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry onion, garlic and green pepper in oil till slightly tender. Add in soy sauce and black pepper. When it's hot, pour over mixed rice and beans; stir. Can be eaten hot or possibly cool.
