Ingredientes

  • 2 c. onion, minced
  • 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 1/2 pound vermicelli, cooked
  • 2-3 c. crabmeat
  • 1/2 c. stuffed green olives, minced
  • 1/2 pound sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 (38 ounce) can tomatoes, broken in pcs & liquid removed
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil

Direcciones

  1. In a large frying pan, saute onions, mushrooms and garlic in butter till vegetables are tender. Put together with remaining ingredients, stirring till well mixed. Pour mix into a greased 3 qt casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35-45 min or possibly till hot and bubbly. Crabmeat may be fresh or possibly canned. Serves 6.
