Ingredientes

  • 1 1/4 c. flour
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 6 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3/4 c. sesame seed

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift flour, sugar and baking pwdr in medium bowl. Blend in butter, egg and vanilla with a wooden spoon. Press dough together with hands.
  2. Roll about 1/2 c. dough into 3/4 inch rope. Cut rope into 1 1/2 inch lengths. Roll each piece in sesame seeds to coat completely. Arrange on ungreased baking sheets, spacing 1/2 inch apart. Repeat with rest of dough.
  3. Bake till light and golden brown, about 18 min. Cold completely on racks. Store in airtight container.
  4. Makes 4 1/2 dozen crisp cookies.
