Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. Brown Sugar, Firmly Packed
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Butter, Softened
  • 1/2 c. Shortening, Butter Flavored
  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 3/4 c. Pillsbury Best Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 4 ounce Semisweet Chocolate, Minced
  • 4 ounce White Chocolate, Minced
  • 1 c. Walnuts Or possibly Pecans, Can Be Omitted

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 375*F. In large bowl, combine sugars, butter and shortening; beat till light and fluffy. Add in vanilla and egg; blend well.
  2. Add in flour, baking soda and salt; mix well. Stir in chocolates and nuts.
  3. Drop by tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  4. Bake 9 to 12 min or possibly till light golden. Cold 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets.
  5. 3 dozen cookies
  6. NOTES : These cookies freeze well. Store them in ziploc bags so you can = easily grab a few at a time for bag lunches and snacks.
