Ingredients: 1 can black bean soup; 1 can stewed tomatoes; 1 can mushroom soup; 1 c. heavy cream; 2 c. steamed leeks; Salt & pepper to taste; 1/4 c. sherry; 1 can beef broth; Marjoram; 3 garlic cloves; Garnish: grated Jack & diced red onion

Ingredientes

1 can black bean soup
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. heavy cream
2 c. steamed leeks
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 c. sherry
1 can beef broth
Marjoram
3 garlic cloves
Garnish: grated Jack & diced red onion

Direcciones

Puree all ingredients except cream. Cook 20 min over medium heat. Add in cream and cook 10 min more. Let "rest" overnight before serving. Freezes well.
