Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Flour sifted
  • 1 c. Brown sugar firmly packed
  • 1 c. Butter or possibly regular margarine
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 2 c. Brown sugar firmly packed
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 c. Black walnuts minced

Direcciones

  1. Mix together 2 c. flour and 1 c. brown sugar in large bowl. Cut in butter till crumbs form. Press into well-greased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1" jelly roll pan. Bake in 350 oven 10 min. Remove from oven and cold slightly, about 10 min. Turn oven temperature to 375. Beat Large eggs till light. Gradually beat in 2 c. brown sugar, then vanilla. Stir together 2 Tbsp. flour, baking pwdr and salt. Add in to egg mix along with nuts. Spread over baked crust in pan.
  2. Bake in 375 oven about 20 min or possibly till light brown. Cold in pan on rack. Cut in 2x1" bars.
