Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt Yeast
  • 1/4 c. Water
  • 2 1/4 c. Hot water
  • 6 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil, plus extra for p
  • 5 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt- optional Kosher salt
  • 4 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Water Grnd pepper Rosemary Thyme

Direcciones

  1. Mix together first six ingredients and let rise 30-40 min. Divide dough into 3 parts and place in 3 olive -oiled pie pans. Dimple dough with fin- gers.
  2. Mix extra virgin olive oil and water, brush tops with this mix. Sprinkle on top: sea salt, pepper, rosemary and thyme. Let rise 50 to 60 min. Bake at 35 degrees for 25 min. May dip in extra virgin olive oil. Have checked and rechecked this recipe and this is how I printed it out. Haven't tried it though. I am not sure why they have 1/4 c. of water and 2-1/4 c. hot water, either.
