Ingredientes

  • 8 slices bread, cut in 1-inch squares
  • 1/2 pound bacon, crispy fried and crumbled
  • 1/2 pound cheddar cheese (can use 1/2 Swiss)
  • 6 Large eggs
  • 3 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Direcciones

  1. Grease bottom of 7 1/2 x 11 3/4-inch Pyrex. Layer bread, bacon, cheese. Mix Large eggs, lowfat milk, salt and pour mix over layers. Bake 30 min at 350 degrees or possibly till center is done.
