Ingredientes

  • 8 slices white bread, crust removed
  • 1 pound bulk sausage, cooked, crumbled and liquid removed
  • 1/2 pound Old English or possibly Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 3 Large eggs, beaten
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard or possibly 1 1/2 teaspoon prepared
  • 2 c. lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Break bread into bite size pcs and place in 9 x 13 inch baking pan or possibly dish greased. Arrange meat on bread, sprinkle cheese over all. Pour melted butter over next. Beat Large eggs, add in salt, mustard and lowfat milk. Pour over all. Cover and chill overnight.
