Ingredientes

  • 2 tsp Margarine
  • 1 x Onion, minced
  • 1 c. Bulgur or possibly cracked wheat
  • 1/4 c. Raisins
  • 1/4 c. Dry apricots, diced
  • 2 c. Boiling chicken stock
  • 1/4 c. Parsley, fresh minced (opt) Salt & freshly grnd pepper

Direcciones

  1. In nonstick skillet, heat margarine over medium heat. Cook onion, stirring till softened. Stir in bulgur and cook, stirring for 1 minute.
  2. Stir in raisins, apricot and stock; cover and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes or possibly till liquid is absorbed. Stir in parsley, season to taste.
