  • 2 c. WHITE SAUCE (BUTTER BUDS)
  • 1 c. CHEDDAR Or possibly AMERICAN CHEESE
  • 1 tsp DRY MUSTARD
  • 1 tsp WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE

  1. TO BASIC WHITE SAUCE (BUTTER BUDS - RECIPE ABOVE) Add in CHEESE AND STIR OVER LOW HEAT Till CHEESE IS MELTED. Add in WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE AND MUSTARD TO TASTE.
