Butterscotch Gingerbread Cookies

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 3.4 oz pkg cook & serve butterscotch pudding mix
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Direcciones

  1. Blend together the butter, brown sugar, and the pudding mix
  2. Add the egg
  3. Mix in the remaining ingredients
  4. Chill for 30 minutes
  5. Roll out 1/4 inch thick on a floured surface
  6. Cut with the cookie cutters as desired
  7. Arrange on a greased baking sheets
  8. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 350 F
