Ingredientes

  • 1 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. quick oatmeal
  • 1/2 teaspoon soda
  • 3/4 c. melted butter
  • 1 c. minced pecans
  • 1 (12 ounce) pkg. chocolate chunks
  • 1 (12.25 ounce) jar caramel ice cream topping (Smuckers)

Direcciones

  1. Mix flour, brown sugar, oatmeal and soda in a bowl. Stir in melted butter. Pat into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min.Sprinkle over the crust the minced pecans and the chocolate chunks. Pour on a jar of caramel ice cream topping. Bake an additional 20 min. Cool. Cut into 24 or possibly 36 bars.
