Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Chestnut flour
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/4 c. Walnut pcs
  • 2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Virgin extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh rosemary leaves
  • 2 c. Seedless red grapes
  • 1 c. Sugar

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, place flour, sugar and walnuts. Add in 1/2 c. cool lowfat milk and slowly add in rest of lowfat milk, stirring constantly to avoid lumps to create in batter. Grease pan with 1 Tbsp. oil and pour in batter. Drizzle top with remaining oil and distribute rosemary proportionately over top. Bake for 45 min, or possibly till a toothpick pierced in the center comes out clean.
  3. While castagnaccio is cooking, place grapes and sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook till quite soft and bubbly, about 10 min.
  4. Remove castagnaccio from the oven and serve either hot or possibly cold with grape sauce.
  5. This recipe yields 4 servings.
