Ingredientes

  • 125 gm Tasty or possibly swiss cheese
  • 250 ml Cream
  • 1 lrg Egg, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced parsley mixed with a little chives
  • 2 x Rashers of bacon, fried and minced Pepper and a little salt

Direcciones

  1. Mix the cheese, cream and the egg together, then add in the parsley and bacon. Spoon into buttered oven dishes (not too deep) and bake in a pre-heated 180 degree C oven for 20 min.
