Ingredientes

  • 1 c. All-Purpose Flour
  • 3/4 c. Lowfat Cheddar Cheese (3 Ounce) (Shredded 1/3 Less Fat Cheddar Cheese)
  • 4 tsp Sugar
  • 1 1/4 tsp Baking Pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2/3 c. Beer
  • 1 x Egg Beaten

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 375F. Spray 6 muffin c. with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Lightly spoon flour into measuring c.; level off. In med bowl, combine flour, cheese, sugar, baking pwdr, baking soda and salt; mix well. Add in beer and egg; stir just till dry ingredients are moistened. Divide batter proportionately into sprayed muffin c., filling each about 3/4 full.
  3. Bake at 375F for 17 - 22 minutes or possibly till golden and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve hot or possibly at room temp.
