Great to Serve with Chili or Meat sauce

Ingredientes

  • 1/3 cup Shortening (margarine)
  • 1 3/4 cup Flour
  • 2 1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder
  • 3/4 Tsp Salt
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 2 cup Shredded Cheese(Mozza and Cheddar)

  2. 1 3/4 cup Flour
  3. 2 1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder
  4. 3/4 Tsp Salt
  5. 3/4 cup Milk
  6. 2 cup Shredded Cheese(Mozza and Cheddar)
  7. Heat oven to 450 degrees. Cut shortening into the flour, baking powder and the salt with pastry blender or 2 knives. Stir in milk. Turn dough onto a lightly floured board. Knead 10 times. Roll to 1/2 inch thick. Cut with a cookie cutter with any shape( I use butterfly and hearts shapes). Place on a ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.

  9. ~ add some fresh chopped garlic and some fresh or dried basil or oregano. Perfect pairing for a lasagna or spaghetti and meatsauce
