  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9”x13” baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, brown sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt until well combined. Make sure you get out all the lumps.
  3. Beat in the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir in the dried cherries and toasted pecans. Spread into the baking dish and bake for 40 minutes.
