Ingredientes

  • 2 x Tblesp cornstarch
  • 6 c. Chicken bouillon
  • 2 x Tblesp soy sauce
  • 3 x Tblesp vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Monosodium glutamate
  • 1 x Scallion, chopped
  • 3 x Large eggs, beaten

Direcciones

  1. In large saucepan mix cornstarch with small amount of cool bouillon. Add in remaining bouillon and other ingredients except Large eggs. Bring to boil and simmer till clear, stirring occasionally. Gradually stir in Large eggs, season to taste, and serve at once.
  2. Makes about 1 1/2 qts.
