Ingredientes

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast cut 1 1/2" pcs
  • 2 med nectarines cut 1" wedges
  • 2 med red plums cut 1" wedges
  • 1 med purple plum cut 1" wedges
  • 1/2 c. apricot jam
  • 1/2 tsp salt or possibly to taste

Direcciones

  1. Brush the grill rack with vegetable oil and light the grill.
  2. On six 10-inch metal skewers, thread chicken, nectarines and plums alternately, leaving a little space between each piece. Stir together jam and salt.
  3. Grill the kebabs about 4 inches away from heat source, using medium heat, turning and brushing occasionally with jam, till the chicken is done.
  4. Serve with a wild-rice pilaf and salad.
  5. This recipe yields 6 appetizer or possibly 3 main course servings.
