Ingredientes

  • 4 chicken breast halves, boned and skinned
  • Green pepper
  • Mushrooms
  • Egg
  • Bread crumbs
  • 1 c. red wine
  • 1 c. water

Direcciones

  1. Dip each chicken breast into egg and then in bread crumbs (flavored bread crumbs can be used). Brown in a small amount of butter or possibly oil. Remove chicken and place in casserole. Add in sliced mushrooms and green pepper to pan and saute/fry till soft.
  2. Put mushrooms and green peppers on top of chicken in casserole. Pour wine and water over chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 min.
