Ingredientes

  • 1 chicken, cut up
  • Garlic salt
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • Salad oil
  • 2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. sake, mirin or possibly white wine
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • MSG

Direcciones

  1. Cut chicken in small pcs. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Dip in egg mix, then flour. Fry in deep fat. Combine wine, soy sauce, sugar and MSG. Cook together till sugar is dissolved. Dip chicken in sauce and bread crumbs. Place chicken in pan and bake for 5 min at 350 degrees.
