Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. 1/8 pound butter
  • 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms
  • 1 pound chicken livers
  • 1 T garlic salt
  • 1 T paprika
  • 1/3 c. minced green onions
  • 1/3 c. white wine
  • 1/16 T dill weed
  • 3 drops liquid warm pepper seasoning or possibly Tabasco sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 pound butter

Direcciones

  1. Simmer for 5-8 min 1/4 lb butter, mushrooms, livers, garlic salt, paprika and onion.2. Add in wine, dill weed and liquid seasoning.
  2. Cover and simmer from 5-10 min.
  3. Transfer to blender and thoroughly blend, adding 1/4 lb butter.
  4. Place in dishes and chill overnight.
  5. Makes about 3 cups.
  6. Cover with plastic.
  7. Makes qt canapes.
