Receta Chocolate Amaretto Fudge
by Trish - Mom On Timeout

Chocolate Amaretto Fudge! You are only four ingredients away from this amazing fudge! I am just thrilled to have Lisa from Wine and Glue guest posting for me today!  Lisa is one of the funniest people I know.  If I need a good laugh, I head to her blog because I know for sure she’s got some seriously funny story that she’s sharing.  Lisa is also preggers – yay Lisa!  This girl is always coming up with some crazy good food and here are some of my favorites: Sugar Cookie Cookie Butter Bars | Rainbow Heart Cakes | Creamy Corn and Bacon Cheese Dip Everything she makes looks fabulous and the Chocolate Amaretto Fudge she made for you today is no exception!  Can’t wait to give it a try :)  And now….here’s Lisa! Hey Mom on Timeout Fans!! My name is Lisa, and I blog over at Wine & Glue, where I bake, cook, and craft. I call myself a wannabe, so if it is something that I can make, then anyone can make it! I’ve been following along with Trish and MOTO pretty much since I started blogging. Doesn’t she make the most delicious looking things?? My favorite? This KFC Copy Cat coleslaw recipe. I made it for the Fourth of July this year, and it was a big hit! I am also dying to try this one and this one. So when Trish asked me to make a fudge recipe to share with her readers, I knew that I wanted it to be something drool worthy. And since I’m no pro, I wanted it to be something easy and simple. I love love love making sweets, but I’m not an expert baker. So what I love more than anything is when you can take an easy recipe and change it up. This is exactly that. I love making fudge with a few cups of chips and a can of sweetened condensed milk. It comes together perfectly every time, and then you can mix it up a little and do something fun with it, like with my S’mores Fudge or my Spicy Mexican Chocolate Fudge. And this one’s even better. Because there’s a little booze in there. Perfect for the holidays! Print Chocolate Amaretto Fudge Ingredients 3 cups chocolate chip (I used milk chocolate) 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk 2 TBSPs amaretto liqueur 1 tsp of vanilla extract Instructions Line an 8 by 8 square pan with aluminum foil. Melt the chocolate chips over medium heat. While they are melting, stir in the sweetened condensed milk, stirring constantly. When it is fully melted, add the vanilla and the amaretto and fully combine. Pour the mixture into the pan and place in the refrigerator for at least four hours, though overnight is best. Remove the foil lined fudge from the pan, remove the foil, and cut. Store in the refrigerator.
