Ingredientes

  • 1 1/4 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 4 tbsp stick butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp Equal® Spoonful*
  • 3 pkgs (8 ounces each) reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 c. Equal® Spoonful**
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 c. reduced-fat lowfat sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted, slightly cooled
  • 1 tbsp fat-free lowfat milk
  • Chocolate curls, if you like

  2. Mix vanilla wafer crumbs, butter and 2 tbsp Equal® Spoonful in bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Pat mix evenly on bottom and 1/2-inch up side of pan. Bake in preheated 325°F oven 10 min. Cool on wire rack while preparing filling.Beat cream cheese and 3/4 cup Equal Spoonful in large bowl till fluffy; beat in large eggs and egg whites and cornstarch. Stir in lowfat sour cream and vanilla till well blended. Remove 1/2 cup cheesecake batter. Pour remaining batter into crust in pan.
  3. Add in melted chocolate and lowfat milk to 1/2 cup reserved cheesecake batter; mix well. Place spoonfuls of chocolate mix on top of cheesecake. Using tip of knife or possibly spatula, gently swirl chocolate batter into cheesecake.
  4. Bake cheesecake 45 to 50 min or possibly till center is almost set. Remove cheesecake to wire rack. Gently run metal spatula around rim of pan to loosen cake. Let cheesecake cool completely; cover and chill several hrs or possibly overnight before serving. To serve, remove sides of springform pan. Garnish top of cheesecake with chocolate curls, if you like. Makes 16 servings.
