Chocolate Tart With Pistachio Ice Cream

Ingredientes

  • 200 gm Dark Bitter Chocolate, (minced)
  • 150 ml Cream
  • 50 ml Lowfat milk
  • 1 x Egg
  • 250 gm Flour
  • 150 gm Butter
  • 2 x Egg Yolks
  • 100 gm Icing Sugar
  • 1 x Banana
  • 1 x Dish of Pistachio / Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 200 ml Vanilla Custar

Direcciones

  2. Mix the icing sugar and flour together in a bowl. Gradually add in the beaten Large eggs to create the pastry.
  3. Line the individual tart cases and bake blind till golden brown.
  4. Chocolate Filling
  5. Bring the cream and lowfat milk to the boil, and pour on to the minced chocolate.
  6. Whisk till the chocolate has melted. Add in the beaten egg and mix well.
  7. Pour the mix into the pre-cooked pastry tarts and bake in the oven for approximately 15 min at 150 c.
  8. Slice the banana and arrange into a little rosette on top of the tart.
  9. Dust with icing sugar and caramelise using a blow torch.
  10. Serve with pistachio ice cream and custard.
