Ingredientes

  • 3 1/2 c. Choke cherry juice
  • 7 c. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2 pkt Liquid Certo

Direcciones

  1. To make juice, Cook choke cherries, barely covered with water, about 30 min.
  2. Strain juice through cheese cloth. Combine juice, sugar and butter and bring to a rolling boil, add in Certo, return to a boil, boil 1 minute. Pack in sterile jars and seal.
