Ingredientes

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup hersheys cocoa
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 tspn baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • powdered sugar

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 grease cookie sheet or line with parchment after dough has chilled
  2. Combine sugar and oil in lg bowl, add oil cocoa beat til well blended.
  3. Beat in eggs and vanilla
  4. Stir together flour, baking powder and salt and gradually add to cocoa mixture, beat well.
  5. Cover and refrigerate until dough is firm enough to handle 5-6 hrs
  6. Shape dough into 1 inch balls and roll in powdered sugar and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.
  7. Bake 10-12 mins til tops are crackled. cool slightly and remove to wire rack to cool completely
