Corn Meal Muffins

Ingredientes

3/4 c. Corn meal
1 1/4 c. Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Baking pwdr

2 Tbsp. Sugar
2 x Large eggs
3/4 c. Lowfat milk
2 Tbsp. Lard

Direcciones

Sift dry ingredients together in bowl, add in lowfat milk and melted lard and beat well. Bake 20 min in warm oven.
Note: Warm oven is 400 - 450 F.
