Ingredientes

  • 1 c. self rising flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne
  • 1/2 c. onion finely minced
  • 1/2 c. green bell pepper finely minced
  • 1/2 c. Velveeta cheese grated
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 x Large eggs beaten
  • 8 ounce cream-style corn

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees and grease an 8 X 8 baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine the first three ingredients. Add in remaining ingredients and mix well to combine. Spoon into prepared baking pan and bake till golden brown, about 20 - 25 min
