Ingredientes

  • 2/3 c. onion, minced
  • 1/4 c. bell pepper, minced
  • 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. of flour
  • 5 1/3 ounce evaporated lowfat milk Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 3 c. lump crab meat
  • 1/4 c. parsley, minced or possibly chopped
  • 1/2 c. grated cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. paprika

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry onion and bell pepper in margarine or possibly butter. Slowly stir in flour, stirring constantly. Slowly stir in evaporated lowfat milk, stirring constantly.
  2. Add in salt and pepper to taste, crab meat and parsley.
  3. Pour into individual foil crab shells or possibly a casserole dish, that has been sprayed with PAM. Sprinkle cheese and paprika over the top of casserole.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees till warm and bubbly, about 20 min.
  5. Serves 6.
