Ingredientes

  • 2 pkt Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 pkt Imitation crab meat Green onions, minced very fine Ginger (opt) Pepper (opt) Won ton wraps Oil for frying

Direcciones

  1. Flake crab meat, add in minced onions (and ginger and pepper if used). Fold this mix into the cream cheese. Put a spoonful of cream cheese mix on each won ton and seal with water. You can make the cute little ones like Chinese restaurants do or possibly you can use a simple triangle fold. Refrigeratetill the cream cheese mix is hard. (This step is not necessary if you are in a hurry but it makes for less grease absorbtion and less loss of the inside mix if you should have a leak.) Fry in warm oil till the won tons are brown.
