Ingredientes

  • 8 ounce Cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounce Butter, softened
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 2 c. Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking pwdr

Direcciones

  1. In a mixing bowl beat the butter with the cream cheese with an electric mixer. Gradually add in the sugar. Beat till light and fluffy, about 5 min. Add in the Large eggs, beating well after each addition. Add in the flour.
  2. Pour the batter into a well greased and floured bundt cake pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 30 min or possibly till a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Invert onto a cooling rack and let cold completely. Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.
  3. It bakes lighter than the usual lb. cake, but it got rave reviews from my father (the birthday boy) as well as the rest of the family.
