Creamy Chicken Corn Chowder

Delicious soup to warm you from head to toe! Chase the chills away with this wonderful, easy soup.

Ingredientes

  • 2 boneless/skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1-1/2 cups chicken broth (low sodium)
  • 1-1/4 cup light cream
  • 1 teaspoon corn starch
  • one celery stalk finely diced
  • 1/2 onion finely diced
  • 1 cup kernel corn
  • s & p, to taste

Direcciones

  1. Bake Chicken breasts 30 minutes, allow to cool and cube into small pieces
  2. Add to a stock pot/lidded soup pot with chicken broth and all ingredients
  3. Cook on stove-top 20 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve piping hot in soup bowls
  5. Add croutons or crackers
  6. Enjoy!
